Shipping policy

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct.  Please use abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly.  We are not responsible once items are in USPS care as well as errors or mistakes made on the address by the customer, please contact USPS to claim it with your tracking number. We are no longer responsible once a package has a tracking number.   

 

If your tracking information states that your package has been delivered and you have not received it (lost/stolen).  You must handle this with the United States Postal Service.  Azucar Bebe LLC will not hold responsibility for any package that the state delivered.  Shipping fees are non-refundable nor is the order.  

 

All orders are shipped via USPS.  Orders take a standard 1-3 business days to process, not including weekends regardless of method of shipment selected by customer.  

Domestic Order:  

Standard First Class Shipping: $6.99 Flat Rate

Priority Shipping:  $9.99 Flat Rate


Shipping Delivery Times:

USPS Standard First Class: 4-7 Business Day Delivery.  Plus 1-3 Business Days of Processing.

USPS Priority: 2-3 Business Day Delivery.  Plus 1-3 Business Days of Processing.

 

Azucar Bebe does offer package insurance through the 3rd party Route, if you do not purchase the insurance your package will not be protected.
